These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 28 Day Transformation ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 28 Day Transformation iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App provides general fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any concerns about your health. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You participate in all workouts at your own risk. Results vary, and consistency with the workouts and nutrition habits drives progress.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App and to purchase a subscription.
You sign in with Apple to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.
If your subscription lapses, the App becomes read-only: you can still view your history, photos, and past rounds, but workouts are locked until you resubscribe. Your data is preserved so you can pick up where you left off.
Photos and other content you create remain yours. They are private by default and stored on your device, with optional backup to private storage tied to your account. We do not view, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the App's features to you.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the App except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, including its workouts, text, graphics, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any injury related to physical activity. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
